How to prevent changing theme in Windows 7!!!

Want to prevent the changing theme in Windows 7, then follow the steps given below,

1. Press Windows Logo Button + R

2. Type "gpedit.msc" and press enter

3. Navigate to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel > Personalization and on the right pane, double click on the second option and enable it.
